Skylotec France is a part of Skylotec Nordic which has operations in Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, England, USA and France.

The role You will be a part of the Finance department which today consists of Finance Manager and two Accountants, located in Sweden, were you will be responsible for the French accounting. You will be based in the French office in Perpignan and will support with tasks related to ongoing accounting and reporting as well as processing of monthly payroll (around 15 employees).

Accounting tasks:

• Reporting to authorities of Intrastat
• Reporting to authorities of VAT
• Reporting to authorities of social fees and taxes
• Accounting and registration of cost invoices
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Registration of deposits and withdrawals
• Monitor credit card charges, payment discrepancies, chargebacks, returns and miscellaneous fees
• Monthly reconciliations to the CFO
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Monthly payroll processing and bookkeeping
• Customer payment reminders
• Monitoring of late payments and outstanding receivable Administration tasks:
• Follow up and management of tax audits, URSSAF AUDITS and other social organizations
• Insurances of the company
• Follow up of employees requirements
• Follow up for the letters
• Prepare of responses and documents requested by authorities About you
• Has relevant education in economics and accounting
• Experience in accounting and payroll
• Previous experience in Business Central
