Human Resources Generalist - HB Rentals

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Administer day-to-day HR functions for both office and field-based personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for field, shop, and office positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and preparing offer packages. Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data to ensure readiness for client audits and regulatory inspections. Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, career development, and workplace concerns.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting both office and field-based workforce. Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
