As Store Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Cambridge store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and brand growth.

Days and hours are 9.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday (34 hours per week).

Your role

Sales & Customer Experience Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling Achieve store and individual sales targets Build strong customer relationships and grow the database Brand & Community Host in-store events to boost brand awareness Represent the brand with passion Store Operations Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation Oversee budgets, rosters, and KPIs Ensure smooth day-to-day operations Team Support Develop team styling skills and product knowledge You’re a natural leader with proven experience in driving sales and creating great customer experiences.
