Sr Product Operations Manager (Turf)

For Earth For Life JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Product Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the Equipment penetration and increasing Kubota's in-house share across the United States. This role involves collaborating with the Field Operations, Dealer Development Department, Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and District Managers (DSTM) to build a robust Turf dealer organization on strategies to increase sales and market share.

The individual will lead and manage Product Managers and Product Marketing Specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Manage strategies to grow market share for e quipment, expanding dealer locations to enhance service coverage for customers. Develop dealer models, in collaboration with the Dealer Development Director.

Collaborate with the Field Sales Organization to encourage existing dealers to increase sales of Kubota products and enhance dealer in-house market share. Develop, update, and maintain data templates for target dealers and target customers. Manage the daily focus and accomplishments of Product Marketing Managers and Marketing Specialists.

Analyze data to identify the largest market opportunities and develop a target list of specific dealers for each Product Specialist to pursue to achieve annual growth goals. Gather industry and competitive marketing/sales program information, making recommendations for Company programs to encourage dealers to boost sales of Kubota Equipment.

Participate in local and national trade shows to promote assigned products and enhance brand awareness Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture , Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant Product Marketing experience in the relevant equipment industry. Extensive knowledge of the product equipment and industries. Strong strategic thinking and logical proposal-making skills to drive business growth Proven negotiation skills with customers and dealers.

Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with full accountability for the Turf Product Marketing team’s results. Experience in orienting, guiding, and mentoring new Product Managers and Marketing Specialists, including conducting performance reviews and disciplinary counseling when necessary Uses effective oral and written communication skills; delivers information in a clear and concise manner, listens and communicates effectively with others PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, to permit the employee to function in a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties as outlined above Office and field environments: The position will require walking, standing, and sitting at a computer.
