We're looking for an experienced Kia Expert Technician who wants to join a growing team and take advantage of a modern facility, new equipment, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity.

About the Role

As a Kia Expert Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources while being part of a growing Service Department. 🔥 ALL TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A TIME-AND-A-HALF PRODUCTION BONUS!

🔥 Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective.

Responsibilities

● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns ● Perform Kia-specific diagnostics and repairs ● Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications ● Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs ● Maintain accurate repair documentation ● Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ● Follow Kia, dealership, and safety procedures Compensation $60,000+ Earning Potential Based on Experience & Performance Competitive flat-rate pay PLUS a time-and-one-half production bonus for all technicians.

Qualifications ● Experienced automotive technician with strong Kia knowledge ● Kia certification preferred ● Strong diagnostic and repair skills ● Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
