Idaho Central Arena - Concessions Server

As a Concessions Server at IC Arena, you’ll provide fast, friendly service while taking and preparing guest orders and processing payments for Arena concession stands.

Duties/Responsibilities: Greet all guests warmly to create a welcoming customer experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Operate point-of-sale terminal to process cash and card transactions Balance register at the end of shift and ensure accurate financial reporting Maintain cleanliness of the concessions counter and surrounding areas Restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed Follow sanitation procedures including wiping surfaces and emptying trash Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements Previous concessions, food service, or retail experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, outgoing, and committed to customer satisfaction Strong communication and basic math skills Ability to follow instructions and stay organized under pressure Available to work shifts according to Idaho Central Arena events (mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights).

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods (4+ hours) Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
