Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, marketing, and production operations for LAICO Industries and related business services. This role is responsible for generating invoices and quotes, coordinating service delivery, maintaining customer records, reconciling operational documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the contract lifecycle.

The Customer Service Representative works closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth while helping create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
