About the Role

As an O2C Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end export customer service across global markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth order execution, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and documentation Coordinate closely with customers, factories, distribution centers, and logistics partners Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and pharmaceutical standards (GDP, ICH Q7) Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues proactively Optimize transport planning and cost efficiency in line with service level agreements Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification and automation Key Requirements 2–3 years’ experience in international trade, export operations, or transportation Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and compliance frameworks Knowledge of customs procedures, international trade, and tax regulations Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and strong Excel skills Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders Working at Opella You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, Customs, IT, and external partners, gaining exposure to a truly international environment.
