Substitute Athletic Trainer Florence Township Memorial High School 2026-2027 School Year Start Date: August 10, 2026 Salary: $55.00 per hour Florence Township School District is seeking a qualified Substitute Athletic Trainer to provide athletic training coverage for practices, games, scrimmages, and school-sponsored athletic events on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

Valid New Jersey School Athletic Trainer Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License issued by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners/Athletic Training Advisory Committee Current CPR/AED certification Ability to provide support for injury prevention, emergency care, athletic documentation, and return-to-play procedures Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, parents/guardians, administration, and the school physician, as appropriate Must pass a criminal history background check Appointment is subject to Board of Education approval Preferred: Prior experience working with high school athletic programs Flexible availability for after-school, evening, and occasional weekend events Florence Township Public School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer
