The position will focus on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices operating at the frontier of electronics and photonics.

Key Responsibilities

Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices. Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.
