More about our team The program staff includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapists and social workers, a registered nurse, and other trained professionals dedicated to the mental well-being of seniors within our community. How you’ll contribute Provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach Lead and co‑facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational programming Develop individualized discharge plans in partnership with patients, families, and community resources Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy as needed Participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality‑improvement initiatives Support weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call needs What we’re looking for The Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist/Social Worker functions as a member of the Behavioral Health Team in providing independent practice license scope levels of psychiatric care for the patients for the Senior Advantage Program. Additional requirements include: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; required Independent practice licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); preferred At least 1 year of clinical experience; preferred Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment ASLS certification preferred Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
