Dispatch Supervisor

Plans, directs and/or coordinates all dispatch functions with focus on ensuring exemplary client service to both internal and external clients.

Duties and responsibilities

include managing daily operations with focus on DOT rules and regulations. Leads and directs subordinates in client service, data entry, as well as dispatch accuracy and efficiency.
