Facilities Worker II (Tree Services)

This position requires the hired candidate to have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or Class B with Air Brake endorsement at the time of application and upon hire. Failure to maintain an active CDL endorsement will result in separation from City employment. Performs progressively responsible grounds maintenance duties.

Displays more specialized knowledge in the area of tree trimming. An employee in this class usually functions as a crew leader.  This job classification is subject to the terms and conditions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Fort Lauderdale and Teamsters Local Union 769
