Day Habilitation - Direct Support Professional DSP - Staff Trainer - Astoria
Job description
The Staff Trainer is responsible for the ongoing supervision and training of the Group Leaders and Habilitation Specialists. The Staff Trainer will ensure that individual related goals are implemented in accordance with the Day Habilitation Plan. Staff Trainers will promote program activities that emphasize community integration through recreation and volunteer training opportunities.
