ABOUT THE POSITION The Case Packer is responsible for packaging finished products into boxes, bags, or displays per customer specifications. This role ensures accurate labeling, documentation, and pallet identification while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Package finished products into boxes, bags, or displays according to customer specifications.

• Verify the correct product type and quantity before packing.
• Apply and verify case labels for accuracy, placement, and legibility.
• Complete pallet tags with required product, date, and batch information.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, food safety, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned .

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED with basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety requirements preferred.
• Ability to distinguish colors and maintain the vision needed to accurately inspect products, labels, and packaging.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders.
