Technical Project Manager

Must have 7 to 10 years of industry experience Responsible for Team Handling of around 15 to 20 members with positive outcome

• Must be hands-on with Full stack Technologies (preferred JavaScript stack – MERN but J2EE is also good)
• Knowing architectural principles and patterns will be a plus
• Excellent in Client Stakeholder Management, handling escalations in swiftly manner, highly negotiable when it comes to customer expectations
• Strong experience in estimations, schedule, timeline, plan and implementation of end to end Project Delivery
• Own to define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) with conversant on Sprint Planning & Review with meetings, Burn down, Velocity, etc.
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project
• Evangelize of new Blockchain flavors and protocols to resolve the client problem statement in the most scalable, secure and extensible way.
