• Work tasks will vary and require flexibility and a desire for diversity in the engineering field. Primary work to be performed includes drafting using either AutoCAD or Revit, reviewing and creating drawing markups using PDF editing tools such as Bluebeam Revu, reviewing HVAC and plumbing calculations, reviewing applicable international and local codes and standards (e.

g., UFC, IFC), developing cost estimates, and assisting with the generation and review of job specifications and report writing. Typical job duties consist of applying these tasks through 2D and 3D drawing production, HVAC and plumbing system calculations and analysis, evaluation of existing facility systems and equipment, and preparation of technical documentation.
