Bull Run Family Medicine – Manassas, VA UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Position Highlights Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek Collaborative team of 15+ providers Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support , averaging approximately 2–3 weeks annually Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI Schedule Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility.

Patient Volume Long day: 24–32 patients Regular day: 20–24 patients Half day: 11–13 patients Ancillary Services Lab. Corp onsite services at Prince William Medical Center Nurse visits Myriad cancer screening Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan Commitment to patient-centered care The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.

Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education.
