Facilities Manager

Manages all aspects of OSF’s physical facilities, including three major performance venues, approximately eighty apartments, and multiple ancillary buildings and properties. Provides leadership and oversight for the Facilities Department, including maintenance, custodial services, grounds, building systems, security, and fleet operations.

Oversees the Assistant Facilities Manager, Custodial Manager, maintenance staff, and tradespersons, and coordinates with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and executive leadership to ensure OSF facilities are safe, functional, well-maintained, and responsive to the needs of the organization.
