Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety operations at our manufacturing facility in Dadri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring statutory compliance, identifying workplace hazards, and promoting a strong safety culture across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across manufacturing operations.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of fire safety systems, emergency response plans, and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and workers.
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate safety audits, statutory inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor machine safety, electrical safety, material handling, and safe working practices in the manufacturing plant.
• Maintain EHS records, incident reports, risk assessments, and safety performance metrics.
• Coordinate with plant management, HR, maintenance, and production teams to continuously improve workplace safety. Educational Qualification
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Safety.
• Relevant qualification or diploma in Industrial Safety will be preferred.

Required Skills

& Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS/Safety, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with applicable safety legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in accident investigation, emergency preparedness, and safety audits.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
