Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Enrollment Counselor for the University of Phoenix, where I discovered my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships. I hold both a B.A. and an M.B.A., am the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to one grandson, and love traveling.

Being involved in the community is important to me. I enjoy participating in local events and supporting initiatives that make a positive difference for the families and businesses we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
