Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on building maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial repair, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Work closely with the management team to prioritize tasks and manage maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills Needed: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong mechanical aptitude. Proven experience in industrial or building maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other key facility systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge Required: Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
