ENT Surgeon

Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations of the head and neck region. Perform routine and specialized diagnostic procedures to identify ear, nose, and throat disorders. Assist in or perform minor surgical procedures and interventions under the supervision of senior specialists.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the broader medical team. Educate patients and their families on preventative care, post-operative protocols, and management of chronic conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Possess a recognized medical degree with a specialization or certification in Otolaryngology (ENT). Demonstrate 0-1 year of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Display a strong foundational knowledge of ENT anatomy, physiology, and common pathologies. Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.

Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to strict ethical and safety standards in patient care. Be capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team. Possess a valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
