Job description
- Estimating Heat loads and preparing of HVAC design drawings.
- Preparing the shop drawings of all MECHANICAL services including Detail and Section drawings to make easy for installation in the site. 3 Coordinate among all services without clashes.
- OR (Order Request) issue & PO (Purchase Order) review for all major HVAC equipments like AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, CRAC UNITS, and SUPPLY & EXHAUST FANS. OR issue & PO review for Dampers, Sound Attenuators, Louvers, Grills and diffusers, valves, Gauges, chilled and condensor water piping & fittings.
- Reviewing & Selection of AHU, FCU, Precision Cooling Units, Pumps, Valves and other equipment by reviewing quotes from different vendors.
- MATERIAL TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS (MTS) preparation.
- Preparing BOQs
- Preparing Budget of Projects
