Field Service Rep - West/Northwest (Physical Properties)

PAC is seeking a self-motivated individual to maintain and service our customer accounts in the West/Northwest Region of the U.S. The role also requires travel to other parts of the country and internationally, as needed (CA, NV, OR, AK, HI, WA, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, CO). The Field Service Technician must live near a major airport, preferably: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or Denver. The Field Service Technician will install, configure, calibrate, certify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate company products and systems at customer sites, primarily supporting PAC Physical Properties instruments. The role also includes providing product training to customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and occasionally assisting with application troubleshooting.
