Cleaning Operative – Arbroath

Location: High Street Bank Brothock Bridge Arbroath DD11 1NP Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Hours of Work: Monday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm Tuesday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm Wednesday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm Thursday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm Friday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm Saturday: No work Sunday: No work Total Weekly Hours: 7.5 hours Contract: Holiday Cover Start Date: ASAP Duties: Cleaning offices, reception areas and communal areas Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors Cleaning and sanitising toilets and welfare facilities Emptying bins and disposing of waste Cleaning internal glass and touchpoints Replenishing consumables Ensuring the premises are maintained to a high standard Requirements: Right to Work documentation must be presented at induction.

Proof of your employment history is required as part of the pre-employment checks. This can be obtained from HMRC via the GOV.UK service: https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-history Comfortable working alone. Able to work as a key holder and use an alarm panel where required. Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system.
