Job Title: Oracle Cloud PL/SQL Developer (PL/SQL, Oracle PaaS) Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Can be considered up to 15 Days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Developer with deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality enterprise applications.

This role will focus on building and maintaining robust, scalable database-driven solutions and custom extensions using Oracle PaaS and Exadata Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a strong understanding of integration technologies including REST APIs and flat file via SFTP.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of database applications using Oracle PL/SQL. Architect, design, and optimize complex database schemas, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views for high-performance applications. Develop and maintain custom extensions on Oracle PaaS which integrated with Oracle Cloud ERP, leveraging Exadata Cloud Service.

Build and support integrations with Oracle Cloud DB using REST APIs, and other scheduled integration using flat file via SFTP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers, to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in PL/SQL and database operations.

Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts to support automation and integration workflows. Work with Kafka streams for real-time data processing and integration scenarios. Ensure all solutions comply with company policies, security standards, and data governance requirements.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Oracle database development with strong proficiency in PL/SQL. Deep understanding of relational database design, optimization, and advanced PL/SQL features (cursors, bulk collections, exception handling, etc.) Perform data modeling and database design to support application. Strong SQL tuning, query optimization, and database performance troubleshooting skills.

Exposure to Oracle PaaS, Exadata Cloud Service, and Oracle Autonomous Database. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting. Exposure to Kafka or similar streaming platforms is a strong plus.
