General Laborer/Cleaner

Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and other production employees. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products. Perform basic assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting duties. Inspect materials and products for visible defects. Keep production and storage areas clean and organized. Operate basic hand tools, carts, and other approved equipment.

Follow job instructions and production schedules. Dispose of scrap and waste materials properly. Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment. Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and quality problems. Perform other general labor and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
