Position Summary

SHR Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop advanced visualizations, predictive models, and analytic frameworks. Provide enterprise-level analytical insights and performance tracking. Lead data quality assessments and remediation plans. Work with leadership to define analytical KPIs and data governance processes. Mentor junior analysts. Minimum Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in a related role.

Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools. Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities. Experience presenting findings to executives.

Education

& Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Analytics Certifications Preferred. Security Clearance U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred. Work Environment Remote. Candidates residing in the DC Metro Area preferred.
