Your ability to communicate ideas effectively and demonstrate design architecture will be key as you build strong business relationships, translating requirements into actionable solutions. Take ownership of defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform product evolution and business impact, ensuring our data-driven insights lead the way!

How You’ll Make an Impact. Develop reusable components, standardized templates, and reference architectures to apply data & analytics best practices consistently.Drive the data tooling and processes in the team to support the project delivery. Build strong business relationships, translating client needs into actionable requirements in terms of data management.

Being a lead to the other data engineers in the team. Mentoring, supporting projects across the team and working on your own projects.Engage in product and project management, collaborating with the product team to enhance product understanding and performance around data.What You BringA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with product teams, including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering. Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively. At least 3 years’ experience as a senior/lead data engineer.

Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; primary focus on AWS as cloud infrastructure with proven recent experience in infrastructure design. Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment. Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.

About the Team. Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We focus on zero or low emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our team drives decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
