Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic Support Lead We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team as a Clinic Support Lead. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead clinical support staff member at the assigned site, providing expert nursing care to patients.
  • Perform telephone and on-site triage, assessing patient needs, prioritizing based on acuity, and directing providers to the most urgent cases.
  • Room patients according to clinic standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Support and assist medical providers during patient examinations and procedures.
  • Coordinate direct patient care, including administering treatments, collecting specimens, and documenting clinical information accurately.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare team members to ensure clarity and continuity of care.
  • Maintain clinical supplies and ensure the cleanliness and readiness of examination rooms.
  • Comply with all scope of practice guidelines and maintain adherence to clinic policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, preferably in a primary care or specialty clinic.
  • Strong assessment and triage skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • BLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) preferred. Employee Benefits:
