• Beckwourth, CA, Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00Hourly, RESPONSIBILITIES Support the AM Lead Chef with lunch service and Support the PM Lead Chef with Dinner Service Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation, conducting regular inspections and taste tests to uphold our reputation for excellence. Proper adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients, as well as thorough cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Collaborate effectively with other members of the culinary team, including sous chefs, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals to guests. Interact professionally and courteously with guests, responding to inquiries, accommodating special requests, and addressing any concerns or feedback with a positive attitude and commitment to exceeding expectations. Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to minimize waste Communicate well with FOH Staff to answer questions about dietary restrictions Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all food and beverage areas. Self Disciplined, knows how to take the lead and see that tasks get completed to the end.

Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation principles Punctuality in order to ensure food is hot and ready on time for arrivals of guests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 or more pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
