• Banquet , you’re not just supporting event delivery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Prepare event setup operations: Execute mise en place and back-of-house duties including cleanliness, dishwashing, restocking supplies, and organizing linens, beverages, and equipment Set up and dismantle event spaces: Arrange, convert, and break down meeting and function rooms, including handling of convertible rooms and additional equipment such as stages and dance floors Coordinate catering arrangements: Set up coffee breaks, lunches, and other catering services according to event requirements Maintain event readiness: Refresh and prepare event spaces before and during functions to ensure a professional environment Deliver event service support: Provide guest service during events including beverage service, buffet and plated service, cash bar operations, billing, and covering the business center when required Handle operational coordination and documentation: Manage package handling with relevant departments, interpret key event documents (BEOs, daily worksheets, setup plans), and maintain change logs and internal checklists What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
