Claims Specialist

This position is within the Insurance & Claims Department, based out of our Dallas Fort Worth home office. Reporting to the Claims Manager. Responsible for oversight of workers compensation and general liability claims and vendor partners, monitoring the progress of claims to effect timely closure, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.

Ensures compliance with company, federal, and state regulations.
