Current openings are in homes with behavioral or medical support needs, so we’re looking for candidates with previous IDD experience and behavioral management experience within IDD communities or similar settings.

What You’ll Do Support personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing Prepare meals and encourage healthy eating Keep homes safe and clean (light housekeeping) Administer medications (training provided) Lead outings and activities Encourage independence and life skills Provide behavioral support safely Be a consistent, positive presence Who We’re Looking For ✔️ 18 or older ✔️ Previous IDD experience and behavioral management experience within IDD communities or similar settings ✔️ Valid U.
