Indiana Beverage, a family-owned beer and beverage distributor serving Northern Indiana since 1939, is hiring a Driver Trainee in the South Bend area. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires manual labor throughout the workday. What You’ll Do As a Driver Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced drivers in an active role that involves frequent manual handling of beverage products. You can expect to: Assist with product deliveries to a variety of customers Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures Train to earn your Class-A CDL and become a full-time Route Driver Perform manual labor, including loading, unloading, moving, and handling beverage products throughout a fast-paced workday Pay & Progression $23/hour to start $24/hour with CDL permit $25/hour with Class-A CDL Why Join Indiana Beverage?
