About the Role

We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Belmore Place Care Community. ✔️ Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions. ✔️ Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents. ✔️ Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

What You'll Need

✔️ A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences. ✔️ Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded). ✔️ Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills. ✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team.
