Overview

The Clinical Services Home Health Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet clinical needs and ensure high-quality, efficient care delivery. This role leads a multidisciplinary team, supports clinical staff and physicians, and makes administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership.

The Clinical Supervisor also contributes to program development, policy compliance, and staff retention strategies, while promoting exceptional customer service across all areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care. Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients. Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.

Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures. Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team. Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.

Education

The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,542.40 - $151,257.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
