Watchman

Our customer is hiring for the following role: Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Watchman to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. The Watchman will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Ensure that all security systems are functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Maintain a log of daily activities, including any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
• Assist employees and visitors as needed, providing a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on security best practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or as a watchman is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
