Job description
SUMMARY: Provides professional consulting/advisory services to clients through the development, delivery, and implementation of customized wealth plans. Performs other related duties as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct meetings to evaluate and recommend financial solutions to address client needs and long-term goals. Participate in new business opportunities and prospect calls to represent wealth management services and planning and capabilities. Hold in-depth consultations with clients to learn about their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current asset allocation.
Analyze existing securities and portfolios and supplement their findings with research about possible investments. Interact directly with clients and takes charge of setting meeting agendas, presenting plans and reviews, giving regular updates, and addressing inquiries. Work with clients long-term and possess a track record of completing tasks on time and resolving issues promptly.
Meet with affluent clients to collect financial information, conduct the needed discovery, assess investment needs, and evaluate each client’s unique needs. Determine which financial products are suitable for the client’s unique circumstances. Facilitate the delivery of strategies and capabilities including portfolio management, trust administration, investment advisory, and insurance.
Deliver economic and market views, investment strategy, and due diligence. Portfolio construction resulting in tailored investment management and insurance services based on a client's unique situation.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Finance or business-related discipline with at least 5 years of experience working directly with clients on personal financial planning matters, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent knowledge of financial planning concepts and terminology, and the ability to explain products and services.
Significant knowledge of finance and economics, along with a sharp eye for business trends, to successfully manage clients’ assets and investments over the long term. Excellent written and communication skills, and professional demeanor. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. All candidates for hire will undergo a credit and criminal background check.
