Partner Development Manager

The Partner Development Manager will play a key role in expanding distribution partnerships and driving revenue growth within the small commercial insurance market.

In this position, you will focus on activating underperforming and inactive partners, increasing product adoption, and developing stronger business relationships with insurance agencies and brokers. You will lead outreach, onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives designed to help partners integrate insurance solutions into their existing workflows and sales strategies.

Working closely with partner success and account management teams, you will identify growth opportunities and develop targeted action plans to improve partner performance. You will also monitor engagement metrics, track production trends, and identify promising partners for strategic account development.
