Chief Accountant - Industrial (M/K)

Our Client is one of the fastest-growing experiential retail concepts in Europe, specialized in high-end iris photography and immersive artistic experiences. The Group currently operates more than 150 galleries worldwide across Europe, North America and Asia through a combination of subsidiaries, joint ventures and franchise operations.

As part of its international expansion and organizational structuring, pur Client is strengthening its Group Finance function to support scalable growth, reinforce governance frameworks and improve accounting and reporting visibility across all jurisdictions. Group Context As part of the ongoing deployment of the Finance structuring, we are recruiting a Chief Accountant to strengthen the accounting governance and financial reliability of its Polish industrial platform.

The position is strategic within the Group organization and will support: monthly and annual closing processes, industrial accounting and inventory controls, Tax compliance in accordance external tax companies, intercompany reconciliations, and accounting process structuring within an international environment. Wymagania Profile Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Audit; Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments; Strong technical accounting background; ERP experience is mandatory; Odoo is a plus ; Experience within international organizations; Fluent Polish and professional English required.
