Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at Charles Schwab, bringing a financial services background and customer-focused approach into the business. I attended New Mexico State University and enjoy staying connected to the local community through events and outreach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
