Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in Modesto, California. The position involves delivering individualized speech and language therapy, supporting students' communication and educational goals, and collaborating with families and school teams to promote student success.

Location: Modesto, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-person, school-based Compensation: $55–$90 per hour, based on experience Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and other professionals Deliver evidence-based, student-centered therapy Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain California licensure ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, when applicable School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team New graduates with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits $55–$90 per hour, based on experience Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates Full-Time school-based position Medical, dental, and vision benefits Clinical support and professional mentorship Dedicated support from the therapy team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and educational success About the Employer A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is committed to helping children develop essential communication skills while partnering with families and educators to promote student success.
