Temporary Driver Helper / Hospital Curtain Installation Assistant Position Title: Temporary Driver Helper / Hospital Curtain Installation Assistant Company: Simple Location: Rockmart, GA and surrounding service areas Position Type: Temporary (2-6 Months, based on business needs) Reports To: Route Service Representative (RSR) Position Summary Simple is seeking a dependable and motivated Temporary Driver Helper / Hospital Curtain Installation Assistant to support our Route Service Representative team.

This position will ride along with an RSR to healthcare facilities and assist with the delivery, removal, installation, and replacement of hospital privacy curtains and related products. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, thrives in a team environment, and is comfortable working in hospitals and healthcare facilities while maintaining a professional appearance and excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ride daily with a Route Service Representative to customer locations. Assist with the installation, removal, and replacement of hospital privacy curtains. Load and unload curtains, supplies, and equipment from service vehicles. Help maintain route inventory and organize service materials. Follow infection prevention and safety procedures while working in healthcare environments.

Assist with navigating facilities and transporting materials throughout hospitals. Ensure customer areas are left clean and organized after service completion. Provide courteous and professional interactions with hospital staff and patients. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and customer site requirements.

Support other service-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, installation, healthcare services, or general labor is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred but not required. Ability to work in active healthcare environments. Strong work ethic and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stretch throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull carts containing curtains and supplies. Ability to work on ladders or step stools when necessary.

Ability to navigate hospital campuses and multiple patient care areas. Work Environment Hospitals and healthcare facilities. Frequent walking and movement throughout medical campuses.
