As a Building/Facility Maintenance Worker, you will work within our Maintenance department located in Trenton, Mercer County NJ. Pay: $20.00-$23.50/hr.

Responsibilities

Philosophy Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Five years’ experience working in the construction or home improvement industry preferred; Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical skills, some basic computer skills, trade or vocational training, RRP qualified, knowledge of building codes and OSHA training a plus Valid Driver's License in good standing.
