Initiate and drive new research projects/feasibility studies
Understanding of iron ore/Coal beneficiation plant operation
Knowledge and experience in Fine particle processing/Dewatering/Tailings beneficiation
Experience of improving plant performance through systematic plant audits and trials
Understanding of R&D projects and develop plan/proposal for scaleup or implementation
Development of business case and feasibility study for research projects in discussion with all its stake holders/technical documentation
Plan and execute plant trials based on findings obtained from R&D project
Flow sheet development, data generation, mass and energy balance calculations at different stages of project prior to implementation at plant
Collaborate and work with suitable academic/industrial partners to accelerate the pace of innovative projects
Develop state of the art new facilities in the specific area in which prior experience available.
Basic knowledge of iron making/pelletization and sintering process
Knowledge of modeling/simulation would be an advantage
