POSITION DESCRIPTION Aircraft Structural Assemblers are responsible for executing complex final assembly processes for production and flyaway composite parts. Primary tasks include precision final fit-up, finishing work, drilling and tapping, final assembly, and bonding of parts to meet high-quality standards. This role demands a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that all components are assembled accurately and efficiently to support production requirements. The following essential job functions are performed as an Aircraft Structural Assembler: • Assemble and fit aircraft structural parts and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail • Conduct test fit and gap checks, ensuring adherence to high tolerances
