HR Personnel Specialist

We’re a fast-growing multinational company. We work with some of the biggest billion-dollar-revenue brands in the US! We're currently hiring for an immediate start!! We're looking for a dynamic Personnel Specialist who's flexible with working evening shifts (8 hours per day) and can start immediately!! Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.

Manage & update employee’s files. Responsible for the medical and employee theft insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider. Assist into Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits (cash & Non cash benefits).

Managing the warning levels and the social insurance system.

Requirements

Min 2 years of experience as a personnel specialist is a MUST Awareness of labor law Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Excellent communication and people skills. Excellent organization skills and time management Reporting Skills Excellent excel use
