• CJ Services Program: HR Department Location: Multi-Site (Statewide) Salary: $80,000-95,00/year Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary strategic and operational HR partner for Community Justice Services. The HRBP provides visible, responsive, and practical support to leaders and employees across assigned programs and sites, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, manager coaching, workforce planning, engagement, and compliance. The HRBP works closely with Community Justice Services leadership and the broader Human Resources team to understand program operations, respond to workforce needs, and promote consistent application of agency policies and employment practices. The role balances proactive partnership with hands-on case management in a complex, service-driven environment.

Requirements
